The Perfect Spatula!

People are always surprised when they find out that I use minimal tools for working glass. I do tend to accumulate a LOT of tools, but most of them end up collecting dust. On the other hand, there are four tools I cannot do without. This little spatula is one of them. The shape and size is perfect for nudging/evening lip wraps on vessels and for tidying the ends on all sorts of beads. I use it for flattening dots, carving facial features and a million other things, too!
There are a lot of dental spatulas out there, but I prefer this size and shape. The knurled handle gives me the sure grip I need for doing fine detail work. It's perfect! And it's not an easy one to find. Because I am so attached to it, I buy every one I can find. I spent all year last year looking, and found ZERO. I was delighted recently to discover a stash of 30, which I promptly made mine :-)
I'm offering them for sale at $5 each. Shipping is $1, but can be combined if you're buying other things at the same time.
Smooth-edged Butter Knives
I started accumulating these because I would get totally freaked out if I couldn't find the one I used all the time. Two led to five... Seven led to a dozen... And more. I'm guessing I won't be able to use all of these in my lifetime.
I have all the fancy tools a grrl could want: Corina's Magic Wand, all the Stump Shapers (even the knockoffs!), and you can keep 'em all. Just give me a nice smooth butter knife (sans the serrated edge) and I'm as happy as happy can be. If you have access to a grinder, it's a simple matter to make one yourself: Just grind the "teeth" off at an angle, creating a fabulously fine knife edge for all your flameworking needs!
If, however, you don't have access to a grinder, or if you don't want to do this yourself, this little tool is perfect for you.
